Questa piattaforma è stata realizzata grazie al supporto fornito dai fondi POR FESR 2014-2020 Asse Ill Azione 3.7.1 – Regione Umbria erogati nell’ambito del bando “Avviso Bridge to Digital 2020”.
Il progetto
L’intervento ha consentito a Energy Solutions di realizzare un progetto con piattaforma digitale che integra:
- un sito vetrina con una visione approfondita dei prodotti e servizi offerti, con un E-commerce, ottimizzato per il SEO, per la vendita di prodotti online;
- un CRM che ottimizza: sia le informazioni inserite all’interno di un database così da fornire una gestione migliore dei contatti; sia di gestire i flussi aziendali che si esplicitano nelle attività legate all’ecobonus e al superbonus coinvolgendo diverse figure aziendali (amministrative, rete agenti, tecnici) aumentando la produttività e i servizi offerti ai clienti.
This web platform is implemented thanks to the contribution provided by the Call “Bridge to Digital 2020” of the Umbria Region, from the resources of the POR FESR 2014-2020 Axis III Action 3.7.1
The Project
The project allowed Energy Solutions to realize a digital platform that integrates:
- a showcase website giving an in depth view of product and services offered, with an e-commerce SEO optimized for the sale of products online;
- a CRM that optimizes both the information entered in a database in order to provide better management of contacts; and to manage business flows that are expressed in the activities related to the Italian government incentives of “ecobonus” and “superbonus” involving different corporate figures (administrative, network agents, technicians), increasing productivity and services offered to customers.
